Sake Diary Day 3: What a great day for sake. After a breakfast of chocolate crossants and a cheese,bacon pastry (no sake but an excellent hot chocolate) we visited the Geikkeikan sake museum. Fantastic!!! Plus compared a sake made using a traditional 4 step process with a modern 3 step process. Bought an unpasturised sake and a sparkling sake to try tonight.
